After purchasing your crystals you can ask me to keep your box open, meaning that I will hold your purchase for up to 1 week or the next sale.

This helps you save on shipping because you can add more crystals as you go and it will all get shipped together with just half the shipping fee saving you money and me some packaging material 😇 win win win! 

Live Sales and Feed Sales take place on the Sunburst Crystals Instagram account.

Comment price and letter to claim your crystal. For live sales, prices are listed on the sticker of each item. 

Please note, you will usually come up first on your own screen. However, the correct claim that comes up first on my screen gets the crystal.

Once you claim a crystal you are responsible for purchasing. No put backs or swaps.

Your claimed items will appear listed under your Instagram username on sunburstcrystals.shop. Invoices MUST be paid within 24 hours after listing is posted.

Unpaid invoices and canceled claims will result in being blocked from sales. 😭

Most of the time I do have multiple quantities of the crystals I am posting unless I specifically say it is my only one or last one.

There are no returns and no cancellations on any orders- please be sure to double check your address before purchasing! 

Once crystals are shipped out they are out of my control/responsibility.

Everything gets shipped out within 10-45 business days unless otherwise stated. Once your package has shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number. 

All national packages are shipped through USPS. Any international packages gets shipped by UPS

Buyers are responsible for additional state & local taxes, as well as shipping fees for domestic orders

Payment plans are available at check out with Shop Pay. Shop Pay offers customers the option to pay for their order in full at checkout, or to pay in installment payments for orders starting at $50 USD.

You can choose between the following installment payment options at checkout. 1) Four, biweekly, interest-free payments, for orders from 50 USD to 999.99 USD. 2) Monthly payments for orders from 150 USD to 17,500 USD. Monthly installment orders are interest-bearing from 10 to 30% APR, and may be paid in three, six, or twelve months depending on purchase amount.
